  • You confirm you understand that you will be responsible for all payments due to us for transactions made by you or another person using your login information.

Skywards Miles @Mall Terms and Conditions

The earning of Skywards Miles through Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn and the use of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Members are eligible to earn Skywards Miles for purchases made online on the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform or instore with participating partner brands listed on Skywards Miles @Mall (“Participating Brand(s)”). In order to earn Skywards Miles with instore Participating Brands Members must link the relevant credit or debit card via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
  2. The Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform is a third party website developed and powered by Collinson Middle East (Collinson), a company incorporated and registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with company Licence number 16710 whose registered office address is Business Central Towers, Tower A 32nd Floor 3204A Dubai.
  3. The earning of Skywards Miles via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform and the benefits associated with the Emirates Skywards Programme is managed by Emirates, a Dubai corporation established by Decree No. (2) of 1985 (as amended) and having its principal place of business at Emirates Group Headquarters, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  4. Data Privacy
    • In connection with the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform Emirates, Skywards and Collinson collect, use and disclose Member personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice contains information on what personal information is collected, how it is used and for what purposes. It also includes information about how Members can withdraw their consent where applicable and how Collinson and Emirates cooperate to manage the use of Members’ personal information.
    • Some functions of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform, and therefore the processing of personal information with respect to those functions, are managed by Collinson individually, while others are managed by Emirates. The Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform also has some functions, which are managed by Collinson on behalf of Emirates. You may find further details on who is responsible for your personal information in the above mentioned Privacy Notice.
  5. Cookies
    • The Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform uses cookies. A “cookie” is a small computer file which is downloaded to your device. It collects information as to how you navigate the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform and the internet, and helps to provide better services to you and tailor certain content. For more information on how the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform uses cookies and how to manage cookie settings, see the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Cookie Policy.
  6. Use of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform
    • The contract for the use of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform, is between the Member and Collinson. Accordingly the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Terms and Conditions shall apply to the use of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform. Emirates strongly recommends that the Member reads the terms and conditions before using the Skywards Miles @mMall - Earn Platform. By utilising the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform, the Member is agreeing to abide by the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Terms and Conditions imposed by Collinson with respect to use of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions applicable to the use of the Platform.
  7. Participating in the Emirates Skywards Programme
    • The contract with respect to Members earning of Skywards Miles via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform and benefits associated with the Emirates Skywards Programme is between the Member and Emirates and shall be subject to the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules. All rules applicable to the earning of Skywards Miles under the Emirates Skywards Programme shall apply equally to Skywards Miles earned via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
  8. Online Purchases
    • To earn Skywards Miles for online purchases, Members must start their journey via Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn on emirates.com or via the Emirates App.
    • Members can browse the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform and find a Participating Brand they would like to purchase from. Then simply click on “Shop Now”.
    • Prior to visiting any Participating Brand website, Members will be prompted to login to their Emirates Skywards Membership Account using their Emirates Skywards Membership Account credentials on the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
    • Skywards Miles will show in the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn as “Pending” within five (5) working days. Where pending Skywards Miles are not displayed after five (5) days, the Member can follow up by visiting the Help section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn and submitting the Enquire Now form.
    • Skywards Miles will be credited to the relevant Emirates Skywards Membership Account forty-five (45) days after purchase, but some partner brands may take up to 120 days whereas policies, contracts and subscriptions may take longer, and are subject to the partner brand's Terms & Conditions. The status as shown on the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn will then change to ‘Approved’.
    • Members are not eligible to earn Skywards Miles for purchases made directly via a Participating Brand's website.
    • Members from any country can purchase Participating Brand products and earn Skywards Miles on purchases made via Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform. Shipping conditions and restrictions may apply.
    • When purchasing from any country, it is the Member’s responsibility to check the selected the Participating Brand's shipping conditions.

  9. Instore Purchases
    • To earn Skywards Miles on instore purchases with Participating Brands, Members must first link their eligible payment card/s via the ‘Instore > My Cards’ section on Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform prior to shopping at Participating Brand outlets.
    • In order to earn Skywards Miles in any Skyward Miles @Mall - Earn location (Eg. UK or US), a Member must link a payment card which is issued in that location; i.e. the payment card should be issued in the UK in order to earn Skywards Miles instore in the UK.
    • There is no restriction on the number of payment cards that can be linked by a Member on the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
    • Members will earn Skywards Miles at the Participating Brand outlet only when they complete a purchase instore using their linked card/s.
    • Members will not earn Skywards Miles where the relevant payment card is not linked via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform prior to purchase.
    • If a Member registers a payment card(s) on the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform that has been previously registered with another loyalty programme platform for a similar purpose, this may exclude the same card collecting Skywards Miles, irrespective of whether or not the retailers appear on another Website.
  10. UK Instore Purchases
    • Members are eligible to earn Skywards Miles for purchases made in-store with Participating Partner Brand(s) when linking the relevant credit or debit card via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
    • Members will be able to earn only with UK issued credit and debit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex symbols. Skywards Miles cannot be earned on transactions made using any of the following payment cards:
      • Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Laser, proprietary cards;
      • Retailer store cards;
      • Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay;
      • Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet.
      Please note, customers will be able to register the excluded cards, but they will not be able to earn Skywards Miles as we will not track those cards.
    • Skywards Miles will show in the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn as “Pending” within ten (10) working days. Where pending Skywards Miles are not displayed after ten (10) days, the Member can follow up by visiting the Help section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn and submitting the Enquire Now form.
    • Skywards Miles will be credited to the relevant Emirates Skywards Membership Account forty-five (45) days after purchase. The status as shown on the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn will then change to ‘Approved’.
  11. US Instore Purchases
    • When completing a purchase in the US using a linked debit card, payment must be authorised using signature instead of using PIN.
    • Members will be able to earn only with US issued credit and debit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, or Amex symbols. The following payment cards issued by Visa®, Mastercard, and American Express cards are not eligible for registration and earning Skywards Miles: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Corporate cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express-branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Visa U.S.A. payment system, Mastercard payment system, and/or American Express payment system.
    • Please note, customers will be able to register the excluded cards, but they will not be able to earn Skywards Miles as we will not track those cards.
    • If you register a debit card, your transaction must be processed as a ‘credit’ (i.e., signature) transaction to make sure the transaction can be monitored. Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your enrolled card if you want the transaction to be eligible for Skywards Miles.
    • Skywards Miles will show in the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn as “Pending” within seven (7) working days. Where pending Skywards Miles are not displayed after seven (7) days, the Member can follow up by visiting the Help section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn and submitting the Enquire Now form.
    • Skywards Miles will be credited to the relevant Emirates Skywards Membership Account forty-five (45) days after purchase. The status as shown on the My Account section on skywardsmilesmall.com/earn will then change to ‘Approved’.

    Transaction Eligibility

    Not all transactions with your registered Visa, Mastercard and American Express card are tracked by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You acknowledge that Visa, Mastercard, and American Express may be unable to monitor every transaction made with your enrolled Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card, including PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third party payment app, where you may choose your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A., Mastercard, and American Express payment systems, and that these transactions are not eligible.

    Transaction Monitoring

    By registering a payment card in connection with transaction monitoring, you authorize Collinson to share your payment card information with Mastercard, Visa and/or American Express so it knows you enrolled. You authorize Mastercard, Visa and/or American Express to monitor transactions on your registered card(s) to identify qualifying purchases in order to determine whether you have qualified for or earned an offer linked to your payment card, and for Mastercard, Visa and American Express to share such transaction details with Collinson to enable your card-linked offer(s) and target offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of transaction monitoring on the payment card(s) you have registered at any time by clicking “Remove” against each card registered on the My Cards page of skywardsmilesmall.com/earn.

  12. Missing Miles
    • Members can query and claim Missing Miles by visiting the Help section on Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn and submitting the Enquire Now form.
    • Before submitting a Missing Miles claim, please consider the following, as they may impact the eligibility of your claim:
      • You must have logged into emirates.com with your Emirates Skywards membership details and accessed the partner brands site via skywardsmilesmall.com/earn prior to making a purchase with the partner brands.
      • Purchases made directly via the partner brands’ site do not qualify to earn Skywards Miles.
      • Purchases are subject to the partner brands’ terms and conditions as outlined on the partner brands’ site, also referenced on the individual partner brands page within skywardsmilesmall.com/earn.
      • It takes up to 5 days for online and 7-10 days for instore purchases from date of purchase for Miles to be displayed as ‘Pending’.
      • It takes up to 45 days, but some partner brands may take up to 120 days and policies, contracts and subscriptions may take longer, from purchase date for Miles to be approved and credited to your Emirates Skywards membership account.
      • Some purchase items are ineligible for Miles earning, including cancellations/returns. Miles are calculated on sale price excluding GST, taxes and delivery.
  13. The purchase of goods or services from participating partner brands are subject to the partner brands terms and conditions of sale. If you have a complaint regarding the goods or services provided to you or regarding any delay or other delivery issue, this should be taken up with the partner brand directly.
  14. Members will earn up to 15 Skywards Miles for every GBP 1 and up to 12 Skywards Miles for every USD 1 spent at Participating Brands via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform.
  15. The Skywards Miles earn rate and the rules associated with the earning of Skywards Miles via Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn are subject to change at any time. The Skywards Miles earn rate will be dynamic subject to the conditions on offer at the time of purchase.
  16. Members will only be able to use a credit or debit card to complete purchases via the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn partnership. Cash payments are not allowed.
  17. Members will earn Skywards Miles on all eligible purchases, where payment has been received in full and goods have not been returned.
  18. Skywards Miles will be awarded based on the amount spent, excluding government taxes, handling fees and shipping charges.
  19. Skywards Miles are not earned on purchases where payment is settled in full or part with gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.
  20. Skywards Skysurfers are not eligible to participate in the partnership due to age restrictions. My Family and Business Rewards membership accounts are not eligible to earn Skywards Miles through Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn.
  21. Skywards Miles will be credited to the Member’s Emirates Skywards Membership Account, approximately forty (45) days after purchase, but some partner brands may take up to 120 days and policies, contracts and subscriptions may take longer. Skywards Miles awarded for food and beverage purchases are generally credited after five (5) days.
  22. Skywards Miles will be awarded only for the participating partner brands featured on the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform at the time of the purchase. Members are not eligible to claim Skywards Miles for Participating Brands added after the purchase was made.
  23. Where Skywards Miles have been credited to an Emirates Skywards Membership Account and the goods/services purchased are thereafter returned by the member, Emirates reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles credited.
  24. Where Skywards Miles have been credited to a Membership Account erroneously, Emirates reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles incorrectly credited.
  25. Any failure to comply with the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Terms and Conditions, any breach of the Skywards Programme Rules including any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of Skywards Miles (suspected or detected), or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Collinson or its affiliates by a Member, or anyone acting on behalf of a Member, may result in termination or suspension of the Member’s participation in Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn and cancellation or suspension of the Member’s Emirates Skywards Membership Account and/or forfeiture or reversal of accrued Skywards Miles.
  26. These Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, with or without notice and a Member’s continued participation in Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn after such modification shall be deemed to be acceptance of any such modification. It is the Member’s responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions section of the Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Platform regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If a Member does not agree to any modification of this Agreement, the Member must immediately cease participation in Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn.
  27. All questions or disputes regarding the Service must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the qualifying transaction, to Collinson at Business Central Towers, Tower A 32nd Floor 3204A Dubai.. Any such disputes shall be resolved by Collinson at its sole discretion.
  28. Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.
  29. To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these Skywards Miles @Mall - Earn Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and Emirates, Collinson and the Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts to resolve any disputes that arise out of such terms and conditions.
