Reward eligibility
• Rewards are available on the room cost only. Extras, outlined in more detail below, do not qualify.
• Taxes and fees are excluded from reward calculation (e.g., VAT and any applicable service or handling charges).
• Business/Corporate bookings are not eligible (including bookings made via Premier Inn Business/Premier Inn Business Pay or corporate channels).
• Rewards are available for bookings made for stays at UK and Ireland hotels only.

Rate types and cancellations
• Premier Inn uses multiple rate types (Flex, Semi Flex, Advance, Standard, Non Flex). Cancellation and amendment rights vary by rate and may affect the final eligibility/approval of rewards if the stay is cancelled or amended.
• If your booking is cancelled (under any rate), you will not be eligible for a reward on that booking. If the booking is amended (i.e. a date change at the same hotel), rewards will be assessed on the final completed stay and tracked value may change accordingly.
• No shows or late cancellations outside the permitted window for your rate will be ineligible for rewards; any additional hotel charges incurred, outside of the room price, do not generate rewards.
• Premier Inn adopts dynamic pricing meaning rates vary with demand. Rewards are calculated on the room price actually paid for the completed booking.

What does not earn rewards
• Extras such as breakfasts, meal deals, late check out, parking, Wi Fi upgrades, add ons to the booking (or purchased at the hotel) do not earn rewards.
• Group bookings (managed under group terms) and bookings made via group sales channels are not eligible for rewards.
• Any bookings made for hotel stays not in the UK are not eligible for rewards.

Important booking conditions (Premier Inn)
• All bookings made through this site are subject to Premier Inn’s booking terms and conditions Booking terms and conditions | Premier Inn.
• You must be 18+ to make and utilise a booking; guests under 18 must stay with a parent/guardian. There is a maximum of 2 adults per standard room, with 2 children in family rooms.
• The contract for your room is formed when you receive Premier Inn’s email confirmation.

Queries, Disputes & Timelines
• If you cancel or receive a refund per your rate’s rules (Flex, Semi Flex, Advance), rewards will be voided.
• If Premier Inn cancels a reservation due to force majeure for operational reasons or for any of the reasons set out in its terms, any prepaid amounts may be refunded per Premier Inn’s policy, but rewards will not be issued.
• Please allow up to 15 working days for any hotel refund processing; reward investigations are separate and follow affiliate approval timelines after stay completion.
• Queries can only be investigated after your stay is complete and the booking has posted.
